Summary:
As a Real Estate Runner you are required locate local rundown \ distressed properties with owners who are willing and motivated to sell.

Real Estate Runnerz have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

• Riding a bike with exceptional proficiency and speed

• A strong work ethic

• Being able to spaek with confidence

• Negotiating terms of sale with buyers and sellers, including contract terms and conditions of sale

• Presenting offers to sellers and negotiating with them until an acceptable agreement has been reached

• Conducting appraisals of properties to determine their value for mortgage loans or other financing needs

• Determining whether properties are suitable for resale based on location, condition, and other factors

• Finding buyers for properties listed for sale by brokers or agents
